About Zi Qian Zhang

Fall River, Massachusetts-based entrepreneur Zi Qian Zhang delivers dedicated property development and management solutions with JZ Real Estate. Zi Qian Zhang was born in a small village in the mountains of Fuzhou, China. He spent much of his childhood assisting his family in farming and left elementary school in the fourth grade to work full-time in an urban area.

When he came to the United States, Mr. Zhang put the same single-minded focus on succeeding on his own terms to work. Elevating himself from a lower socioeconomic status required long hours of planning and effort that began with a stint at a takeout restaurant and culminated in forming his own real estate business in 2005. Today, his portfolio ranges from retail shopping centers to trampoline parks, and he is actively engaged in expanding the latter business.

A longtime gardener, Mr. Zhang grows a variety of summer vegetables, including those native to his home region of China. Also passionate about basketball, he has fostered a love of the sport in many of his children.
